What plan should I pick?
Choose Orange Plan
If you like us to find the resources and take care of their recruitment, onboarding, credentialing, payroll, and benefits. You don’t need to worry about workers comp, malpractice insurance, or employer liabilities/obligations.
Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, Nurses (Travel & local), Nursing Assistants including CMAs, CNAs, PRNs, Pharmacists, Pharmacy Techs, Phlebotomists, Surgical Techs, Radiology Techs and other allied healthcare professionals.
Choose Purple Plan
If you found the right talent and would like us to manage payroll, benefits, credentialing, and compliance so that you have zero employer obligations.
Choose Blue Plan
If you just need recruitment help i.e., headhunting service.

Even if you would like to hire some on a full-time basis, i.e., you just need recruitment help, we still recommend the Orange Plan. That way, you can try them as a contractor for a year and then hire them permanently with no additional fee. It’s basically a try-before-you-buy approach. Plus, it costs nearly the same as the Blue Plan.

Take care of HR, Payroll & Benefits for a contract clinician or non-clinician sourced by you.
Payroll Cost
+
$3.99 /hour
- We credential & onboard your resource.
- Once a provider is confirmed for onboarding, we collect a deposit of monthly payroll cost + $3.99/hour (EOR service fee)
- A monthly subscription fee of the provider’s monthly payroll cost + $3.99/hour kicks in on the assignment start date and ends on the assignment end date.
- Any overage fee collected for unpaid leaves taken throughout the employment/contract and the initial deposit will be refunded after the provider is fully paid.

- A monthly subscription fee of the provider’s monthly payroll cost + $4.99/hour kicks in on the assignment start date and ends on the assignment end date

(one-time)
- We source suitable profiles for your job needs till the position is filled.
- Upon confirmation of the provider for the job, a one-time fee of 15% annual salary will be charged.
