Seven Cells, a leading compounding pharmacy, is seeking a full-time Sterile Compounding Pharmacist to join our dynamic team in Jupiter, Florida. In this role, you will oversee sterile compounding activities in our state-of-the-art cleanroom and provide direct supervision of compounding technicians. Your responsibilities will include work order management, cleanroom operations, formula development, quality assurance, deviation investigations, and batch reviews prior to product release. You’ll also collaborate closely with our quality unit to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily cleanroom operations, including compounding and labeling processes.
- Supervise and assist technicians in preparing sterile admixtures.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, batch record instructions, and applicable regulatory guidelines.
- Conduct pre- and post-compounding operational checks to maintain product quality.
- Review and approve batch records before product release.
- Log controlled substances and maintain accurate compounding records.
- Participate in deviation investigations, CAPA processes, and continuous process improvements.
- Manage inventory of finished products in real time.
- Enforce personnel policies and maintain a positive, collaborative work environment.
