Job Duties:
The primary responsibilities of this role include providing and coordinating patient care, educating patients and the public about various health conditions, and providing advice and emotional support to patients and their family members.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records.
2. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients.
3. Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management.
4. Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
5. Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
6. Direct or supervise less experienced nursing staff or use resources to solve complex problems and issues.
Requirements:
1. Must have a valid RN license.
2. Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
3. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
4. Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
5. Strong observational, decision-making, and leadership skills.
6. Compassionate and sensitive to patients' needs and concerns.
7. Must be able to physically assist patients, up to and including lifting and moving patients who require assistance.
8. Must be willing to work in a variety of healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, doctors' offices, and home health care.
9. Must be willing to work shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
10. Must have a patient-focused approach to work and be committed to providing the highest level of care to patients.

Education Requirements:
Must have a High School Diploma
Good to have a Bachelor’s Degree
