Patient assessment and care planning, Medication Administration, Vital Signs Monitoring, Wound Care/ Dressing Changes, IV Therapy, CPR, Electronic medical records (EMR) documentation, Infection Control , Chronic Disease Management , Patient mobility and safety assistance, Dementia or Alzheimer’s care

Job Duties:

  • Provide professional nursing care to patients in their homes, following care plans and ensuring patient safety, comfort, and wellbeing.

  • Responsibilities:

  1. Assess patient conditions and update care plans.
  2. Administer medications, injections, and treatments.
  3. Monitor and report changes in patient health.
  4. Educate patients and caregivers on health management.
  5. Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with regulations.
  6. Supervise or guide LPNs and CNAs as needed.

  1. Qualifications:

  1. Active RN license in Indiana.

  2. CPR/BLS certification.

  3. Years of nursing experience 

  4. Strong communication and organizational skills.



RNS WILL GET PAID $125 DOLLARS FOR EACH ASSESSMENT WITH A CLIENT (MAX) OF 2 CLIENTS A DAY!  Pay is Bi-weekly!! 

Education Requirements:

Must have a High School Diploma

Skill Requirements:

Must have 3+ years of experience in Patient assessment and care planning
Must have 3+ years of experience in Medication Administration
Must have 3+ years of experience in Vital Signs Monitoring
Nice to have knowledge in Wound Care/ Dressing Changes
Must have 3+ years of experience in IV Therapy
Nice to have knowledge in CPR
Must have 3+ years of experience in Electronic medical records (EMR) documentation
Must have 3+ years of experience in Infection Control
Nice to have knowledge in Chronic Disease Management
Nice to have knowledge in Patient mobility and safety assistance
Nice to have knowledge in Dementia or Alzheimer’s care
