Breakthrough Intensive PT is a therapist owned business and not your typical therapy clinic. We are a cash based therapy center that specializes in unique therapy techniques and equipment working with children and adults with neurological diagnoses. With our unique programs, equipment, and personal approach, we help children and adults achieve their maximum potential so they can be as independent as possible. We have varying types of programs here and are hoping to expand even more with more hands on board! We aim to be a place to change the lives of these children and adults, show them they are capable of more than they think, and give them and their families support throughout their journey.
We are seeking a full-time, skilled, self-motivated, and passionate PTA to join our team!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Utilizing your skills and energy to help our clients succeed and improve their quality of life
- One-on-one care: Sessions ranging from 1-3 hours at a time
- Fulfilling our mission of helping not only our clients achieve their goals, but also being a resource for their family
- Training, mentoring, and coaching provided consistently for: Clinical skills, Treatment options, Communication skills, Ability to retain clients, and wellness training.
- Attend and participate in daily, weekly, quarterly, and yearly team meetings.
- Be a source of referrals due to your quality of care provided.
Qualifications:
- Physical Therapy Assistant Licensure
