Job Duties:

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities

  • Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently while adhering to all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct patient assessments to evaluate medication therapy effectiveness and safety.
  • Provide clinical pharmacy services including medication management and patient counseling.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care plans.
  • Manage pharmacy inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and compliance with safety standards.
  • Administer immunizations as required by state regulations.
  • Supervise and train pharmacy technicians in daily operations and best practices.
  • Utilize pharmacy software systems for prescription processing, record keeping, and inventory management.
  • Stay updated on new medications, therapies, and relevant clinical guidelines.

Skills

  • Proficiency in pharmacy software systems for efficient medication dispensing and management.
  • Strong background in clinical pharmacy practices with an emphasis on patient service.
  • Ability to perform thorough patient assessments to ensure appropriate medication use.
  • Experience in medical management and critical care settings is highly desirable.
