About the Role
MedSquirrels is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) on behalf of one of its clients. This role focuses on delivering comprehensive primary care across diverse patient populations, including adult and geriatric patients, in a collaborative and patient-centered environment.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide primary care, including preventive, acute, and chronic care management
• Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of health conditions
• Manage chronic diseases and pain management plans
• Educate patients on health maintenance and wellness
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care
Qualifications
• Active FNP license
• Experience in primary care or related setting preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
