Schedule: Three days per week with flexible options Monday through Saturday, 7 to 8 hour shifts
Role: You will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. This position offers a flexible part-time schedule while maintaining a strong focus on clinical quality, patient education, and continuity of care.
Responsibilities: Deliver primary care including physical examinations, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions. Order, interpret, and evaluate laboratory and diagnostic tests to support clinical decision-making. Prescribe medications and treatment plans in accordance with professional standards. Educate patients and families on preventive care, disease management, and healthy lifestyle practices. Maintain accurate, timely, and complete medical documentation. Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to coordinate care and ensure safe, effective treatment outcomes. Support a respectful, compassionate, and culturally sensitive patient experience.
Qualifications: Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in good standing with certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Minimum of two years of clinical experience in primary care or a similar setting. Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic reasoning, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with patients and healthcare staff. Bilingual Spanish language skills preferred. Experience in women’s health preferred.
Compensation: Competitive hourly or daily rate based on experience, aligned with the U.S. market for part-time FNP roles, along with a supportive team environment and the opportunity to serve a diverse patient population.
