Responsibilities: Perform dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and preventive treatments in accordance with professional standards. Conduct patient assessments, charting, and oral health evaluations while identifying conditions that require dentist review. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, disease prevention, and treatment recommendations. Support the dentist during examinations and coordinate care planning as needed. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Utilize modern dental technology and equipment to enhance treatment quality and efficiency. Contribute to a professional, welcoming, and team-oriented environment focused on patient comfort and safety.
Qualifications: Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in California. Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with patients of all ages. Commitment to clinical quality, efficiency, infection control, and patient-centered care. Ability to work collaboratively within a small, supportive team. Availability to work onsite Monday through Wednesday.
