Getting Started with MedSquirrels

MedSquirrels is a SAAS platform dedicated to supporting healthcare facilities in finding and employing qualified clinicians. Our mission is to address the shortage of healthcare workers by offering a cost-effective and time-efficient solution for facilities to hire clinicians and the same time pay clinicians better than industry averages. We do this by eliminating staffing agency mark ups and automating every step of the hiring and payrolling process.

Unlike traditional staffing agencies, MedSquirrels offers an automated platform that removes the need for service based staffing agencies and HR departments. Our all-in-one HR and payroll platform streamlines the hiring process, ensuring that healthcare facilities can find top talent without any hassle.

MedSquirrels Blue Plan is exclusively for recruitment. With our recruitment module, healthcare facilities can effortlessly find and schedule interviews with qualified clinicians or non-clinicians.

The Purple Plan, priced at $3.99/hour covers HR, Payroll & Benefits for providers sourced by you. This includes onboarding, credentialing, payrolling, benefits, compliance, and timekeeping.

A comprehensive hiring plan, upon choosing which, we help facilities find qualified healthcare professionals for a one-time recruitment fee and take care of credentialing, on-boarding, payroll, benefits and compliance for a fixed monthly license fee. 

MedSquirrels offers unbeatable pricing, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality. Unlike staffing agencies, you get to decide and know much the contracted healthcare professionals are paid and we charge you the payroll cost and a flat license fee.

It’s simple and free! Sign up with your details, and login to the MedSquirrels platform. Choose a plan (Blue, Orange or Purple) that suits your requirement and hit submit. That’s it, everything else will be taken care by our platform and our team.

No, our pricing is transparent. There are no extra fees for worker benefits – you only have to pay a fixed month license fee per hire.

Our platform offers free credentialing and compliance management support. We take care of all compliance risks, ensuring that healthcare facilities can hire qualified healthcare professionals with confidence.

Getting started with MedSquirrels is simple and completely free of cost. Go through our subscription plans and pick the right one as per your requirement. Sign up with your details and create a MedSquirrels account.

Quiet simple, everything is available on your dashboard! You can track all your requests, interviews, job offers, payment history, etc from your dashboard.

Billing and payments

All the billing is managed using our MedSquirrels platform. In your dashboard, you will be able to pay your employees regularly via ACH on a monthly subscription basis.

You are required to put in a one-month deposit and prepay employee pay and the subscription fee every month. Just like paying rent if you lease an office or home. This is to ensure the employee is paid without any delay on a timely basis as per their country’s requirements.

Any overage fee collected for an employee because of the unpaid leaves taken throughout the employment will be reimbursed after the end of employee’s employment. You will be able to track all the unpaid leaves taken by your employee from your dashboard.

Purple Plan is solely for payroll services. Once you subscribe to this plan, we will take care of onboarding, payroll, benefits, timesheets and associated tax/form filings.
Once a candidate is confirmed for onboarding, we collect a deposit of the employee monthly payroll cost + $3.99/hour (EOR service fee).
 kicks in on the employment start date and ends on employment end date.

MedSquirrels orange plan includes sourcing plus PEO/EOR/ Payroll services.
Once a candidate is confirmed for onboarding, we collect a deposit of employee monthly payroll cost + $4.99/hour (EOR service fee). kicks in on the employment start date and ends on the employment end date.
 Orange Plan covers all the services associated with Purple Plan and also covers the service of finding the employee based on your job requirements. 

Blue Plan is exclusively for recruitment services. Once you subscribe to this plan, based on your requirements, we will source profiles, schedule interviews and help you negotiate with the candidate.

To proceed with the Blue plan, you will have to pay a one-time amount of 15% of the employee's annual salary.

MedSquirrels Healthcare Payroll is a specialized solution to manage and compensate healthcare professionals, ensuring accuracy and adherence to US healthcare regulations, timely payments, precise benefit calculations, and secure digital record-keeping.

Our platform is tailored specifically for the medical sector, addressing the unique payroll challenges associated with hiring healthcare professionals. This includes specific regulations, certifications, and benefits unique to the healthcare sector.

MedSquirrels’ unified dashboard offers prompt payment features, ensuring that all healthcare staff payments are made promptly according to their employment terms.

We have a refined healthcare payroll system that promises utmost accuracy. Our digital timesheets log hours accurately, and our platform factors in specializations, overtime, on-call duties, and other unique healthcare variables.
