Your Role

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you’ll provide trauma-informed nursing care, oversee patient medication management, and coordinate with the clinical team to ensure high-quality, evidence-based treatment. You’ll act with confidence and compassion, maintaining both safety and structure in a fast-paced recovery setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments, vitals, and drug screenings
• Create and maintain accurate Medication Administration Records (MARs)
• Support Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) protocols and patient education
• Respond promptly to clinical and behavioral changes
• Document care in compliance with minimum documentation standards
• Collaborate across disciplines to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care

Schedule

• Full-Time: 36 hours per week
• Shifts: 3x12-hour shifts
  • Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Shift Differentials Available
• PRN positions available

Qualifications

• Active Iowa RN License (or ability to obtain prior to hire)
• Experience in Emergency room, behavioral health, detox, mental health or addiction treatment preferred
• Familiarity with ASAM Levels of Care and MAT protocols a plus
• Excellent documentation, triage, and crisis management skills
• Must obtain CPR and First Aid certification within 30 days of hire
