Position Summary
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) licensed in South Carolina to provide clinical oversight for an RN Injector and support patient care through medical assessments and clearance. The NP will review patient medical histories, provide clearance through GFE evaluations, establish standing orders, and work closely with the Medical Director to support safe and effective patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patient medical histories and relevant clinical information.
- Perform patient assessments and determine appropriate medical clearance through GFE evaluations.
- Provide clinical oversight and guidance to the RN Injector.
- Create and maintain standing orders for individual patients.
- Work directly with the Medical Director regarding patient care and clinical decisions.
- Ensure patient care activities are performed within applicable clinical standards and protocols.
- Communicate effectively with the RN Injector and Medical Director.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
- Support safe, compliant, and patient-centered clinical practices.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent nursing education.
- Current, active, and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in South Carolina.
- Strong knowledge of patient assessment and medical history review.
- Ability to provide appropriate patient clearance based on clinical assessment.
- Ability to provide clinical oversight to an RN Injector.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively with a Medical Director and clinical team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
- Previous experience providing clinical oversight or patient clearance.
- Experience working in an aesthetic, wellness, injection, or outpatient clinical setting.
- Strong understanding of standing orders and clinical protocols.
