Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or a related field. Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or equivalent from a recognized accrediting body. Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, equipment, and safety protocols. Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to healthcare staff and patients. Proficiency in using laboratory information systems and electronic medical records.
