Job Title: Medical Provider
Position Summary
The Medical Provider is responsible for evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing ongoing medical care using evidence-based practices. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while monitoring treatment progress, educating patients, and collaborating with the healthcare team to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical history, physical assessments, and laboratory review
- Determine patient eligibility for treatment and develop individualized care plans
- Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, risks, and benefits
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate
- Conduct follow-up visits and review laboratory results as needed
- Prescribe medications and provide treatments within scope of practice
- Perform office-based procedures as trained and required (e.g., ICI, PRP, ESWT)
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff to ensure coordinated patient care
- Participate in provider meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing education
- Stay current with evidence-based practices and emerging treatment guidelines
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, DEA, and all applicable state and federal regulations
- Support a positive, patient-focused, and collaborative clinical environment
Qualifications
- MD, DO, Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA) license in the applicable state required
- Previous experience in primary care, preventive medicine, hormone therapy, obesity medicine, or related specialty preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills
- Experience interpreting laboratory results and managing ongoing patient care
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
- Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered healthcare
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Current unrestricted license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), Medical Doctor (MD), Naturopathic Doctor (ND) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO), Current DEA registration and state controlled substance authority, Ability to prescribe Schedule III controlled substances where permitted by law, Excellent clinical judgment and attention to detail, Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and patient education skills, Strong documentation and computer skills, including proficiency with electronic medical records, Ability to build trust with patients while maintaining professionalism and empathy, Commitment to evidence-based medicine and continuous learning, Experience in hormone replacement therapy, Experience treating obesity using GLP-1 medications, Experience in men's and women's sexual health, Experience with hair restoration therapies, Experience performing PRP procedures, intracavernosal injections, or extracorporeal shockwave therapy, Experience in outpatient or private practice medicine
